AceFit Partner Terms

Effective date: November 1, 2026

These terms explain how the AceFit Partner Program works. The program is run by AceFit Tennis Life LLC ("AceFit," "we," "us"). By joining or staying in the program, you ("Partner") agree to these terms. We kept them short and in plain English.

1. Who can join

The program is open to US-based individuals who are 18 or older and love tennis and wellness. Joining is by approval. Being a Partner does not make you an AceFit employee, agent, or legal partner.

2. Your link and code

You get a personal referral link and a discount code in the format FIRSTNAME10. Both are tracked in your UpPromote partner dashboard.

• Customers get 10% off one-time purchases with your code or link.
• Your link uses a 30-day cookie. If a customer clicks your link and buys within 30 days, the sale is credited to you.
• Partner codes don't apply to Subscribe & Save orders, and discounts don't stack. One discount per order.

3. Commission

You earn 15% commission on referred sales at every tier. Commission is based on what the customer actually pays after discounts, not including shipping or taxes.

Subscribe & Save: When a customer clicks your partner link and signs up for Subscribe & Save, you still earn 15% commission on that first subscription order, as long as the customer came through your link. Renewal orders are not commissionable. Subscribe & Save customers get 15% off every order plus free US shipping. One-time orders pay shipping.

Tip: Your code is for one-time purchases. For customers who want Subscribe & Save, share your link.

No commission is paid on orders that are canceled, refunded, returned, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible. We may reverse commission on orders that are later refunded.

4. Payouts

• Commissions earned from the 1st to the last day of each month are paid manually by the 10th of the following month.
• A $25 minimum balance is required. Smaller balances roll over to the next month.
• Please keep your payout details current in your dashboard. A completed IRS Form W-9 may be required before payouts are issued.
• You are responsible for any taxes on commissions you earn.

5. Partner tiers

AceAdvocate (starting tier): onboarding starter kit with 1 AceFit Hydrate pouch, an AceFit Partner card, and an AceFit Partner sticker.

AcePro (at 10 sales): an AceFit shirt plus another complimentary pouch.

AceElite (at 50 sales): ongoing complimentary pouches.

Everyone starts at 15% commission, and it stays 15% at every tier. Sales counts include qualifying referred orders only.

6. Your partner discount

Partners get 30% off personal purchases. This discount is for your own use only. It may not be shared, posted, or used to buy products for resale. Personal purchases do not earn commission.

7. Disclosure (required)

The FTC requires you to tell your audience that you are an AceFit Partner. Every post, story, video, or review that mentions AceFit must include a clear disclosure such as #ad or #AceFitPartner. Place it where people will see it, not hidden in a long list of hashtags or only in your bio.

8. Product claims

AceFit Hydrate is a zero-sugar electrolyte mix created for women in tennis. It is a dietary supplement. When you talk about it:

• Share your honest, personal experience.
• Do not say AceFit products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
• Do not guarantee results or make false, misleading, or unsupported claims.

9. What's not allowed

• Self-referrals: using your own link or code for your own orders, or for orders placed for you or your household.
• Coupon and deal sites: posting your code or link on coupon, deal, cashback, or code-sharing websites or apps.
• Bidding on AceFit brand names in paid search ads, or running paid ads using AceFit's name without our written okay.
• Spam, fake accounts, fake reviews, or misleading tactics to get clicks or sales.
• Posing as AceFit or suggesting you speak for the company.

Commission earned in breach of these rules may be withheld or reversed.

10. Brand assets and content

You may use the approved photos, story templates, captions, and logos in your dashboard's media gallery only to promote AceFit while you are a Partner. All AceFit trademarks remain the property of AceFit Tennis Life LLC.

You keep ownership of your content. You give AceFit permission to repost, share, and feature AceFit-related content you create on our website, social channels, emails, and other organic channels, with credit to you when possible. We will ask first before using your content in paid ads.

11. Confidentiality

Please don't share non-public information we give you, such as unreleased products, upcoming campaigns, or private partner messages, unless we say it's okay.

12. Ending the partnership

Either you or AceFit may end the partnership at any time. We may suspend or remove a Partner right away for breaking these terms, making false claims, misusing the brand or discounts, or conduct that could harm AceFit's reputation. Eligible commissions earned before the end date will be paid on the normal schedule.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the program grows. We will let active Partners know about material changes before they take effect. Staying in the program after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

15. How to accept

Reply "I agree" to your AceFit onboarding email from the email address you joined with. That reply counts as your signature.
