OFFICIAL RULES FOR THE ACEFIT GRAND LAUNCH GIVEAWAY
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. SPONSOR AND PRIZE CONTRIBUTOR
The AceFit Grand Launch Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by AceFit Tennis Life LLC (“Sponsor”), located at:

Fort Worth, Texas 76244
The Sweepstakes is being held in collaboration with Courtside Couture, AceFit Tennis Life’s retail partner and a prize contributor.
AceFit Tennis Life LLC is providing the $200 Courtside Couture gift card, and Courtside Couture is contributing the tennis sling bag with an approximate retail value of $129.
AceFit Tennis Life LLC is responsible for administering the Sweepstakes, determining eligible entries, conducting the random drawing, verifying the potential winner, and coordinating prize fulfillment.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry, except where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Sponsor, Courtside Couture, and members of their immediate households are not eligible to participate.
The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on October 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on October 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CT (the “Promotion Period”).
Sponsor’s records will serve as the official timekeeping method for the Sweepstakes.
4. HOW TO ENTER
Eligible participants may earn entries during the Promotion Period through the following methods:
JOIN — 1 Entry
Join the AceFit Tennis Life email community by submitting the requested information through the official AceFit Grand Launch Giveaway entry form.
Eligible individuals who are already subscribed to the AceFit Tennis Life email community before the Promotion Period begins will automatically receive one (1) entry and do not need to subscribe again.
FOLLOW — 1 Additional Entry
Follow both @acefittennislife and the official Courtside Couture Instagram account during the Promotion Period.
To receive this additional entry, the entrant must be following both accounts. Entrants who already follow one or both accounts may qualify as long as they are following both accounts through the end of the Promotion Period.
Sponsor may verify that an entrant follows both accounts before crediting this additional entry or confirming a potential winner.
TAG — Up to 5 Additional Entries
Tag up to five (5) different individuals in separate comments or tags on the official AceFit Grand Launch Giveaway Instagram collaboration post.
Each unique individual tagged will count as one (1) additional entry, for a maximum of five (5) entries through this method.
The same individual may not be tagged repeatedly to earn additional entries. Tags involving duplicate, fictitious, fraudulent, automated, bot, or otherwise invalid accounts may be disqualified.
MAXIMUM ENTRIES
Each eligible participant may earn a maximum of seven (7) total entries:
- JOIN: 1 entry
- FOLLOW both accounts: 1 entry
- TAG: Up to 5 entries
Purchasing AceFit Hydrate or any other product is not an entry method and will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
5. ENTRY VERIFICATION
Sponsor reserves the right to verify completion of any entry action before crediting an entry or awarding the prize.
Instagram-based entries may be verified using the entrant’s Instagram account and activity associated with the official giveaway post.
For the FOLLOW entry, Sponsor may coordinate with Courtside Couture to confirm that the entrant is following both required Instagram accounts.
If an entry action cannot reasonably be verified, Sponsor reserves the right not to credit that entry.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate and sufficient for Sponsor to verify their entries.
6. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
By joining the AceFit Tennis Life email community through the Sweepstakes entry form, entrants agree to receive email communications from AceFit Tennis Life in accordance with the disclosures presented with the entry form and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in AceFit emails.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications after an otherwise valid entry has been received will not invalidate that entry.
7. PRIZE
One (1) verified winner will receive one (1) AceFit × Courtside Couture Grand Launch Prize Package consisting of:
One (1) $200 Courtside Couture Gift Card
Approximate Retail Value: $200
One (1) Tennis Sling Bag contributed by Courtside Couture
Approximate Retail Value: $129
Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $329
The Courtside Couture gift card and sling bag are subject to any applicable terms, conditions, availability, or restrictions associated with the respective prize components.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash from Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
8. ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Each eligible entry will have an equal chance of being selected in the random drawing.
9. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
On or about November 2, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Before confirming the winner, Sponsor may verify the potential winner’s eligibility and the entry actions credited to that entrant, including applicable Instagram follow and tag entries.
The potential winner will be contacted using available contact information associated with the entrant’s entry, which may include email or Instagram.
The potential winner must respond within five (5) calendar days of the initial notification.
Sponsor may require information reasonably necessary to confirm the potential winner’s identity, eligibility, and compliance with these Official Rules.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, is determined to be ineligible, cannot verify credited entries, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential winner.
A potential winner is not considered the official winner until eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules have been verified by Sponsor.
10. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to announce the winner’s first name and last initial through AceFit Tennis Life’s website, email communications, and social media channels in connection with the Sweepstakes without additional compensation.
Any additional use of the winner’s photograph, likeness, testimonial, or other personal content will be subject to any consent required by applicable law.
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who Sponsor reasonably determines has attempted to manipulate or interfere with the entry process, used fraudulent or automated accounts or methods, submitted false information, or otherwise violated these Official Rules.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or another circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affects the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.
If the Sweepstakes is terminated early, Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before termination, where lawful and appropriate.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, inaccessible, corrupted, or otherwise invalid entries resulting from technical problems or circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.
12. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, by participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Courtside Couture, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, except where such limitation or release is prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. PRIVACY
Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and these Official Rules.
Information may be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify entries and eligibility, contact the potential winner, fulfill the prize, and, where the entrant has provided applicable consent, send AceFit Tennis Life marketing communications.
14. INSTAGRAM AND META DISCLAIMER
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to AceFit Tennis Life LLC and not to Instagram or Meta.
Entrants must comply with Instagram’s applicable terms and policies when participating through Instagram.
15. GOVERNING LAW
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Official Rules and the Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to deprive an entrant of any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
16. WINNER INFORMATION
After the winner has been verified, individuals may request the winner’s first name and last initial by contacting:

Requests must be received within sixty (60) days following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.
17. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the entrant’s agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.
