When to Sip, Serve, & Recover
Because every day and every match looks a little different, here’s a simple guide:
(rest or light activity)
🌸 Recovery Day
Take 1 stick to help your body rebalance, reduce soreness, and prepare for tomorrow’s court time.
(about 1 to 1.5 hours of practice)
☀️ Drill Day
Take 2 sticks — one before and one after drills to stay hydrated and support muscle recovery so you can keep training strong.
(longer matches or hot conditions)
🎾 Game Day
Take 3 sticks — one before your match, one mid-match, and one after to maintain energy, focus, and endurance from first serve to last point.
